Supercuts stylist Kim Goodballet models the values of Alline Salon Group. Having worked for the Regis Corporation brands for 17 years, Kim is a dedicated, team-oriented hairstylist who always goes above and beyond for her colleagues.
Kim recently transferred to the Supercuts salon in Boardman, Ohio, after working at Cost Cutters in Canfield for most of her career. After graduating from beauty school, Kim initially worked as a manicurist, but she quickly realized it wasn’t for her. Once completing the MasterCuts program, she was hired as a stylist right away; both the job and industry proved to be the perfect fit.
“I love making people feel good about themselves by doing their hair,” she said.
Kim recalls a particular customer who, like many, had attempted a DIY hairstyle that turned her naturally brown hair orange. “She had attempted to bleach her hair by herself and thought she had ruined her hair forever,” said Kim. “But after six hours I was able to fix it to a beautiful blonde and keep the integrity of her hair. She has been my client ever since.”
Pandee Rosum, Kim’s Territory Leader for Alline Salon Group, said that Kim is always upbeat, cheerful and has a positive attitude at work. “She goes above and beyond in helping out salons that are short staffed,” Pandee said. “She has currently picked up Thursdays at the Supercuts Austintown Plaza location, which has allowed us to reopen on that day. Kim really is All IN for her team members and for our clients.”
Kim enjoys providing color services for clients, especially the bright, fun colors that are becoming more popular.
When Kim isn’t working, she is spending time with her five children, Sophia (8), Shawn (12), Brice (18), Micah (19) and Willie (20), and her dog, Gunner.
