As Director of Operations, Adrian ensures that all strategic operations are implemented and cascaded properly to the team. Additionally, he oversees the IT Team and the daily operations of the office. Vidya plays a pivotal role in managing the accounting function at Alline Salon Group, where she is responsible for producing detailed internal financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making. She ensures the integrity of the company’s financial data by overseeing the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date accounting records. In addition to this, Vidya implements and monitors internal controls designed to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Her responsibilities include ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), enabling the company to maintain transparency and reliability in its financial reporting. Through her meticulous oversight, Vidya helps to mitigate financial risks and ensures that the company’s financial statements accurately reflect its financial position, supporting regulatory compliance and providing key stakeholders with confidence in the company’s financial health.
