“Fadi is an inspiration to everyone in the company,” said Caryn. “Not only is he a top performer in retail, but his knowledge and ability to mentor other stylists is what makes him truly amazing to watch.”
A native of Jordan, Fadi moved to the United States in 2010 where he quickly started pursuing his dream of becoming a stylist. Despite a few setbacks with test taking since English is his second language, Fadi graduated in 2014.
While Fadi loves providing his clients with haircuts, color services and treatments, he most enjoys the connection his job allows him to have with people.
“I always joke that I work in public relations,” he said. “I love talking to people and getting to know them. I have found that I am constantly learning from my clients, and I hope they are also learning from me.”
Fadi recalls a special experience with a customer who came into the salon as he was preparing to close. The customer had received a bad haircut earlier in the day, and was distraught with the results. Fadi stayed open late in order to fix the gentleman’s hair, even teaching him how to style his new ‘do. The man remains a client today.
