Holiday Hair Shippensburg, PA stylist Paige Lehman didn’t realize that taking a few cosmetology classes during high school would ultimately lead to finding her career calling. Paige initially thought that she would work as a part-time stylist through college, but once she started, she never looked back.
“I found my true talent,” she said. “Once I started working as a stylist at Holiday Hair, I knew that I was home.”
Celebrating 9 years working at the Holiday Hair in Shippensburg, PA, Paige enjoys the positive atmosphere of the salon and the close relationships she’s formed with her coworkers. While she enjoys performing color services the most, she also appreciates the memorable moments with her customers over the years.
She recalls a particular appointment with a customer who was experiencing hair loss and thinning due to a medical condition. Paige and her team helped to calm the woman’s fears around cutting her hair, and was able to give her a bob cut that made her hair look and feel thick and full! “She ended up crying happy tears because she felt so much better,” said Paige.
Paige has also made a big impact on her salon leaders, managers and colleagues. “Paige displays all of Alline Salon Group’s core values. She is always looking for ways to enhance her career by taking on new clientele or striving to learn new skills,” said Shannon Carbaugh, Salon Leader. “She is always looking out for her team and is all in for her clients.”
